Tami and Verne from the WBFJ Morning Show talked with James Katina (one of the brothers from the group the Katinas) about the devastation that hit American Samoa on Tuesday .
A powerful 8.0 earthquake set off a massive tsunami on Tuesday afternoon in the South Pacific. American Samoa (home to 65,000 people) is located about halfway between New Zealand and Hawaii in the Pacific. The Katinas still have several family members living on the island. Pleas continue to pray for the safety and relief efforts. http://www.voanews.com/english/2009-09-30-voa22.cfm
